My work, my relationships, my beliefs, my goals and my dreams all stem from a desire to do   things that matter.

 That’s why I started Benali.

At Benali, we educate, equip, and empower businesses so they can do the same for their   customers.

I believe we bring value that matters to businesses and helps them grow. More than revenue   growth. Growth as a team, as individuals, as leaders, and as helpers. Growth in confidence, in   organization, and in clarity. Growth that is both tangible and intangible.

But there are many other things I believe that matter.

I believe in a flexible work schedule and the freedom to work in a way that suits us best. That’s why all of our employees at Benali are remote. So we can work our best, but also be our best. The best employee/spouse/parent/child/friend/individual we can be.

I believe in doing and sharing what you love and what you are passionate about. That’s why every Spring I adjust my work schedule to coach soccer for the Norman North High School Men’s Soccer team. It’s an opportunity for me to leave an impact on players the same way that the coaches, parents, and community in Norman, OK left an impact on me.

I believe in giving others opportunities and teaching them how to believe in themselves. That’s why I make time to mentor others and provide internships for students at Benali. Anyone that is willing to do the work with a desire to learn should never be denied an opportunity.

I believe the biggest risk you can take is not taking any risks at all. That’s why I’m constantly trying to push myself and my team outside of our comfort zones. It’s what allows us to be challenged in our work and learn new things each and every week.

My dream is to help others do things that matter by educating, equipping, and empowering them.

I hope that you’re doing things that matter.
I hope that you live what you believe.
I hope that you’re pursuing your dreams.

If you ever want to talk about things that matter, your beliefs, or your dreams, I love to have those conversations.

Connect with me and let’s talk.
